Keeping Time is a documentary photography project celebrating Morris dancing across the UK — one of Britain’s oldest and most expressive folk traditions. The series follows dancers through villages, fields and festivals, capturing the rhythm, colour and camaraderie that bring this centuries-old custom to life.

Through portraits and moments of performance, the project explores what it means to keep a tradition alive in the modern world. It celebrates the individuality of each team while reflecting on the shared joy, ritual and community spirit that unite them — a living thread connecting past and present, movement and meaning.
